1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 499bef and its users. Using the 499bef platform means you agree to all the terms stated herein. Where these terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall apply; however, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

499bef reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please check this page regularly.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with 499bef, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. If an account is opened with false details, 499bef reserves the right to close it at any time.
• The name on your account must match the name on your bank or mobile banking account.
• Only one account may be registered per phone number and email address.

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

499bef supports multiple mobile banking methods for deposits, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum limit is set according to your account tier. All deposits are credited instantly.

Withdrawal

A minimum balance of BDT 500 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Please keep the following in mind:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• 499bef reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, provided they remain within the daily limit.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

499bef regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 10–30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within a set period after being credited (typically 7–30 days), or they will expire.
• Cashback: A minimum loss threshold and a maximum cashback limit apply to weekly cashback offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 499bef:

• Each bet must fall within the designated minimum and maximum stake limits.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once an event has started.
• 499bef reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bets and winnings found to involve match-fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.
• 499bef is not liable for any disconnection issues that occur during live betting.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499bef and may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software bots or any automated tools.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Using 499bef for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour towards other users.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

499bef may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Evidence of financial fraud or suspicious transactions.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any existing balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
